Asthmatic patients, history of bronchospasm, peptic ulceration. |

| Side Effect |
: |
Flushing, fever, stomatitis, nausea, vomiting, rhinorrhoea, bronchospasm, anaphylactoid reactions, rashes. Rarely blurred vision, bradycardia, syncope, thrombocytopenia, convulsions. Rarely, resp or cardiac arrest. |
