Risk factors for myopathy or rhabdomyolysis. Hypothyroidism. |

| Side Effect |

GI disturbances. Reversible myositis, headache, insomnia, anorexia, impotence, chest pain. Xerostomia, angioedema, myalgia, rash/pruritus, alopecia, allergy, infection. Thrombocytopenia. Rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure. |
