Pregnancy, simultaneously administration with radio therapy, myelosuppression and history of allergy. |

Renal, hepatic and cardiac function monitoring.
Repeated blood counts and uric acid estimation. Special precuation while handling the drug. |

Diarrhoea, red colouration of urine, phlebitis, hair loss, nausea, vomiting, myelosuppression, cardiotoxicity, mucositis and oeseophagitis. |
