Malignant neoplasms of breast. Colon. Urinary bladder. Liver, pancreas adjuvant to surgery, radiotherapy and other chemotherapeutic drugs. Topical application in cutaneous basal cell carcinoma.
Contra Indication
:
Depressed bone marrow function. Serious infections. Poor nutritional state.
Pregnancy, lactation and children.
Caution
:
Careful care at some hospital or nursing home must for first course of treatment.
Side Effect
:
Toxicity on bone marrow and GIT, nausea, vomiting. Skin pigmentation.
